Unlock the secrets to a stunning lawn with our robust Zoysia Plugs that are grown in the trays, not transplanted! Our trays contain 50 vibrant and healthy plugs, primed for planting in your yard. This grass spreads 6 to 12 inches in each direction per growing season, depending on your location, delivering exceptional coverage with every passing year.

Embrace the beauty of Zoysia's resilience, excellent cold and drought tolerance, and its ability to thrive in full sun and partial shade. Enjoy a lawn that demands less mowing and watering, allowing you more time to relax and savor the beauty of your outdoor space.

✅ Arrives Fresh Guarantee - We carefully pack and ship your grass on the same day, which allows it to arrive fresh throughout the continental United States. In the event of a shipping delay that causes the grass to die in transit, we will send replacement trays. Since grass is a living plant, you must unpack your trays the same day you receive them and notify us within 24 hours of any issues.

Maintenance Tips

Fertilize once when grass begins to turn green and you are no longer in danger of having frost.  Mow from 1" to 2.5" as needed.
Continue mowing as needed, water only if extended drought.  Occasional fertilizer (once every 6-8 weeks) only if areas still need to grow in.
Mow as needed, but frequency will be reduced.
No maintenance needed while dormant

How to Plant

Planting Zoysia plugs is a breeze! With a simple hand trowel or plugging tool, create small holes at 1-foot intervals in your yard. Insert a plug into each hole, pack it gently with soil, and give it a generous watering. Voilà - you're done! In just 7 to 10 days during the growing season, these plugs will firmly take root, kickstarting your journey to a lush lawn.

  1. Mow the existing lawn / weeds as short as possible.
  2. Water the area (digging holes will be easier in soil that is slightly wet)
  3. Use one of our tools or a garden trowel to dig holes to a depth of about 1.5"inches
  4. Place a plug into each hole
  5. Go back and firmly step on each plug, which ensures good contact with the soil
  6. Water!  Water new plugs immediately and each day for the first 2-3 weeks.
