✅ Arrives Fresh Guarantee - We carefully pack and ship your grass on the same day, which allows it to arrive fresh throughout the continental United States. In the event of a shipping delay that causes the grass to die in transit, we will send replacement trays. Since grass is a living plant, you must unpack your trays the same day you receive them and notify us within 24 hours of any issues.

Other Returns - Non-live plants can be returned for any reason within 30 days of placing the order.
